SHIPPING POLICY (Furppies)

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (sales/festivals), processing may take slightly longer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email/WhatsApp/SMS.


Shipping Charges

Shipping is included in the product price.
There are no separate shipping charges added at checkout, unless clearly mentioned for specific products or locations.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch (India):

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/Non-Serviceable Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and your delivery location.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable), so you can track your shipment.


Delivery Partners

We ship using reliable courier partners. The courier partner is selected based on serviceability and fastest delivery for your location.


Address & Contact Details (Important)

Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and mobile number are accurate at checkout.

Furppies is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

If the courier returns the package due to the above reasons, reshipping may require confirmation and additional processing time.


COD Orders (If Applicable)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location:

  • COD orders may require WhatsApp/phone confirmation before dispatch.

  • If a COD order is repeatedly refused or unaccepted at delivery, we may restrict COD availability for future orders.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Damaged Package / Tampering

If the package looks damaged or tampered at delivery:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or

  • Take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately.
